I went through TikTok and Instagram posts from 42 women travel creators and logged every place they said they felt unsafe. 44 countries made the list.

📍 Italy came out on top, named by 10 creators
📍 Then France, Egypt, Spain and Morocco
📍 Europe made up 41% of all mentions
📍 Paris was the most-named city (8 creators), then Barcelona and Milan

The biggest reasons? Catcalling, harassment and unsafe areas, not just pickpockets.

But more than half the countries came up only once. One bad trip doesn’t make a whole country unsafe. These are real experiences, not official stats, so use them to travel smarter, not to stay home. 💛
