First time jumping outside ☀️ having conversations with passers by instead of being confined to a room.

People always seem to be chasing perfection, but that’s not where the fun is. Jumprope is all about the imperfection—the challenge, the misses, the recovery. ❤️‍🩹 💙

I probably drop the handle 60-70% of the time, but that’s what keeps it exciting. The real trick? Getting back into flow actually using the missed catch as fuel to go harder. 🎶🔥

From my drafts that I’ve been studying. Back to Jumping tomorrow - and more misses 😉😌

Testing the garden out for the first time ☺️

Picked the shortest rope I could find. Not the best idea 😅😂

⭐Release tutorial⭐

Just keep throwing it until it lands in the right place I guess. That's all I have 😂 and do it for 3 hours a day 😊
