That's my cover girl! 🌟❤️🔥

I'm beyond excited to share some incredible news: my amazing wife, Robyn Cohen, is gracing one of the cover of this month's Utah Business magazine as one of the "30 Women to Watch"!

For the past 23 years, I've had the immense privilege of witnessing her journey up close, and I am in awe of her daily.

Robyn embodies passion, dedication, and resilience. Her fearless approach and unwavering work ethic transform challenges into opportunities. Growing up in the suburbs of Toronto, she spent much of her time caring for her developmentally challenged sister and supporting her mother through her battle with cancer. These experiences molded her into a remarkably strong, independent woman facing challenges head-on.

Our paths first crossed in New York City, where Robyn managed the VIP room of the hottest club. Her commanding presence and vibrant personality captivated everyone she met, including me! Despite numerous challenges, including representing herself in court against a dishonest landlord, she always found a way to come out on top.

Over the past 25 years, Robyn's journey has taken her across eight cities, three countries, and two continents. She has left an indelible mark in each place, empowering women, building communities, and fostering inclusivity. In Los Angeles, she transformed the Girls in Tech chapter into one of its most successful, amplifying women's voices in tech and startups.

Today, Robyn continues her mission to elevate women in entrepreneurship and venture capital as the founder of W Collective and Utah's 40 Over 40 Awards to celebrate women making impactful strides later in life.

Robyn's commitment to these causes transcends geographical boundaries, and her passion, intelligence, and heart shine in everything she does.

I couldn't be more excited about her latest role, working alongside me to help build Universal Media into one of the most successful OOH companies. Watch out, world!!!!

Wow, I can’t believe it today is our 20th wedding anniversary in 25 years together. To say I’m the luckiest person on earth is an understatement! From the day I met you, I knew there was something unique and special about you. I admire your strength, your conviction, your relentless pursuit to make the world a better place for other women. It’s been an incredible year of learning, building, and turning ideas into real, working systems.

Grateful for the tools that make it possible — and major respect to the team at Lovable for helping redefine what modern product creation looks like.

AI isn’t just accelerating development; it’s changing who can build, how fast they can iterate, and what scale is possible from day one.

As we head into 2026, I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re building with Spectacular — and what’s now possible when vision, execution, and AI converge.

It’s going to be spectacular.

This is 51, or what I like to call Level 5.1.

Each year sharpens me. Some lessons came easy, others came the hard way.

Here are 51 truths I’ve learned, re-learned, and lived at Level 5.1:

1.    Reinvention has no age limit.
2.    Confidence comes from consistent action, not waiting for the perfect moment.
3.    Never underestimate how long a project will take.
4.    The first deal is rarely the best deal.
5.    Build relationships, not transactions.
6.    Boundaries protect everything.
7.    Persistence beats perfection.
8.    Success is built on daily disciplines.
9.    People do business with people they like, not just the best offer.
10. Walking away is sometimes the most powerful negotiation.
11. Execution matters more than ideas.
12. A good story opens more doors than a spreadsheet.
13. Visibility creates opportunity.
14. Community multiplies what one person can’t do alone.
15. Nothing worth building comes without resistance.
16. If you’re not learning, you’re losing.
17. Great partnerships are built on aligned vision.
18. Saying “no” is an act of self-respect.
19. Legacy requires letting go of old ways.
20. Leadership is listening more than talking.
21. The messy middle is where growth happens.
22. Everyone wants guarantees, but nothing in life is guaranteed.
23. Clarity is kindness
24. Success comes from momentum, not perfection.
25. Overlooked assets often hold the most potential.
26. Resilience is the most underrated founder skill.
27. People remember how you made them feel more than what you said.
28. A great reputation takes years to build and seconds to lose.
29. Stop keeping score, generosity compounds over time.

Happy Mother’s Day to my extraordinary wife @therobyncohen .

For 24 years, you’ve been my constant—my partner, my home, my compass. Through every high and low, you’ve shown up with grace, grit, and a kind of love that’s impossible to measure.

Though the path to parenthood hasn’t unfolded the way we once imagined, I’ve watched you nurture, protect, and pour your heart into our fur babies, leaving no doubt: you are, in every way, a mother.

You carry love in its purest form. And that love is felt, seen, and cherished by me most of all.

This story we’re writing is still unfolding. The next chapter is unwritten, but I know this: there’s no one I’d rather face the unknown with. I love you more deeply than words allow, and I am endlessly grateful to walk this road beside you.
