We’re in the middle of SERVE THE CITY 2026 and what an incredible week it’s been already! 🙌

So far we’ve…
• Played 5 Horizon League kickball games with our special needs friends. 🏆
• Transformed the teacher lounge at Pitner Elementary. 🔨
• Served a meal to 70 men overcoming addiction and experiencing homelessness. 🍽️
• Hosted a Red Cross blood drive that collected 54 pints of blood. 🩸
• Stocked teacher lounges at 9 local schools to help educators kick off the new school year. 🍫
• Celebrated our new worship auditorium with a ribbon-cutting alongside @cityofacworthga, @acworthbusiness, and @kennesawbiz. ✂️
• Served a meal to the incredible employees of the City of Acworth. 🍗🍪

And we’re just getting started.

•SEVENTEEN• We were on a cruise this week so I didn’t get to announce to the world that it was @presleylollis’s birthday! It’s a high privilege to be able to watch you grow and develop into a woman that loves Jesus, anything chocolate, books, cats, and making sure we know what we’re eating for the next meal, even if it is 5 hours away. I love being your dad and am excited to see where life takes you. I love watching you work hard to achieve your goals. WAVE WEEK 2026 you were so good to us. This year was special and one that I’ll never forget. The hunger for Jesus was off the charts and God did a work in our lives. •TWENTY-FIVE• I can’t believe that today we get to celebrate 25 years of marriage! Aside from my relationship with Jesus, meeting and marrying you has been the most significant thing that has happened in my life and nothing else even comes close! Through the highs and lows, you’ve always been right there to support me and be my biggest encourager. I absolutely love this life that we’ve built together.
