I’m going to miss you, Dad. Thanks for an amazing life and all the love you gave. May your days be filled with all your favorite classic cars, hole in one’s, and monster bucks. by @toddwhitting

I love being around others pushing themselves in the gym. I fear the day when I’m not going to the gym with a purpose and the drive to push myself. If you’re gonna go you might as well put some fricken effort into it. I’ve been training a lot of legs lately since my shoulder surgery, but upper body training is starting to progress into productive workouts. Don’t count me out yet…#ifbb #legday #bodybuildingmotivation by @toddwhitting

After 20 years of bodybuilding and multiple injuries I’ve overcome, I have another one. Going under the knife for a shoulder procedure that I hope gives me some more good years ahead of me. If not, I have a lot to be grateful for. I’ve won 4 state level overalls, 2 top 3 pro qualifiers, overall North Americans over 35, top 10 open pro, and 4th and top callout at Masters Olympia. I’ve exceeded my expectations as a 21 year old competing for the first time with no expectations. Most of this time I’ve been at Fenton Powerhouse @powerhousegym.fenton. As a bodybuilder you could not ask for a more supportive environment. It’s a bodybuilding museum. Nearly every member who’s ever competed has their picture posted on the gym walls. If you win an overall or a pro card you get a banner hung up as a badge of honor in the annals of time. As a pro you earn free gym privileges. Kevin is truly an owner who cares about and appreciates his competitor members. I hope I’m not forced into retirement, but if I do I’m at peace with my record and accomplishments. by @toddwhitting

Life lately…2 months post Masters Olympia and I’m up about 25 lbs but keeping conditioning in check. My back and abs are always my last to get stage level conditioning so the goal this off season is to get bigger than ever while keeping those two areas leaner than ever. This is only possible by living the lifestyle 100%. Doing it for the love of the game. #reversdiet #probodybuilder #hosstile by @toddwhitting

Weekly check in with coach. Post show up to 242lbs this morning. I’m going to try and be more transparent with you all about the process of this off season. Currently only using TRT and feeling great in and out of the gym. Cardio is something I’m working on keeping consistent in my off season at least 4 30 minute walks per week is my goal. Less off plan meals this week compared to the first couple weeks post show, but ramping up on plan food. I’m an open book so feel free to ask me anything. #ifbb #postshowrebound #reversediet #macros #training #posing by @toddwhitting

3 weeks post-show, 15 pounds up. Full disclosure: I'm eating more than planned daily with some cheats weekly. Feeling derailed, but it's a reality check for those who gain 20 pounds in days. Bodybuilding requires self-control; if you lack it, this sport isn't for you. Pros lead by example. #ifbb #mastersolympia #reversediet by @toddwhitting

About a year ago, a partial pec tear left me devastated, thinking my bodybuilding dreams were shattered. But fortunately, it wasn’t a full tear, and I made a speedy recovery. Less than 12 months later, I stepped onto the @mastersolympiaofficial stage and took 4th place in open bodybuilding. Life can throw curveballs, but staying focused, positive, and determined will always lead to a solution. #hosstilesupps #hosstilebrandwear #chestworkout #bodybuildingmotivation taken in Power House GYM Fenton Michigan by @toddwhitting

What a great day to cap off my best competitive bodybuilding season in my career. Thank you to @michigannpc and @bruyninga for the opportunity to guest pose at the NPC Great Lakes Classic. What a fantastic event with some really high quality athletes and competitive classes. This was the inaugural year for this event and it’s sure to grow tremendously from here! I’m honored to be a part of the Michigan NPC and the IFBB. I look forward to being more involved to continue growing bodybuilding and Michigan bodybuilding! We have some great photography from @stagetimephoto (featured in this post) and @apexmedia23 who has samples of his amazing work earlier in my page and his own page. I feel great about the future of Michigan bodybuilding and the growing community we have here! I appreciate all who were involved yesterday as competitors, coaches, sponsors, expeditors, media, judges, tanning @1fitjokertanning , and everyone else involved to make these events happen under the leadership of Remi @bruyninga #npc #michigannpc #ifbb #makebodybuildinggreatagain by @toddwhitting

One week post show keeping weight in check and looking right. Why? Because I am guest posing for @michigannpc and I take this role seriously and as an honor. Come to Lincoln High School tonight in Ypsilanti, MI at 4pm to see me, and others guest pose, and some other great competitors. #ifbb #npcbodybuilding #michiganbodybuilding #mostmuscularpose by @toddwhitting

Dream weekend just wrapped up! Qualified for and competed at @mastersolympiaofficial in Japan, a massive stage in bodybuilding. From underdog to final 4 callout was a surreal experience to say the least. A dream come true. Grateful to share the stage with 21 truly amazing bodybuilders. Special thank you and shout out to @domkuza and @aleacarlson for believing in me. I couldn’t have done this without you two! And thanks to everyone who's been in my corner, your support means the world. #mastersolympia2025 #ifbbproleague #professionalbodybuilder #hosstilebrandwear #hosstilesupps taken in Tokyo, Japan by @toddwhitting
