2025 was…a year. Not a bad year. Not a great year. A year that required mental toughness, patience, and a deep emotional relationship with interest rates. HA!!

Buyers hesitated.
Sellers squirmed at comps.

2025 was the kind of market where EXPERIENCE mattered more than your volume graphics, sold images or viral videos. It cared about patience, strategy, hard conversations, and working twice as hard for half the momentum.

So instead of flashy numbers, I’m celebrating:

- Clients served and protected
- Deals held together with grit
- Making it through one of the tougher markets we’ve seen.

Grateful for the clients who trusted us with the process this year and looking forward to many more new relationships in 2026!!

Cautiously optimistic and ready. Same grind and better vibes!!

JUST WOW - someone pinch me!! Kim and I ranked the NUMBER 11 highest producing Realtor in all of Austin at the Austin Business Journal Residential Real Estate Awards!! To walk that stage was a goal I set from my first year in Real Estate and this year marks the 4th year in a row we’ve been able to cross that off the list and cracking the top 30. Next up TOP 10!!!

Our market has had its challenges the last couple years but I’ve been relentless by keeping my foot on the gas and have ALWAYS been there for our clients. As always it’s our clients who really deserve all the credit as they have made all of this possible by choosing to use us for their real estate needs, THANK YOU to all our current, previous and future clients as well as all our referral partners. Without you we are nothing!!

We work in all price points and love helping others, from first time home buyers to luxury homes and everything in between. I know it all and can help ANYONE IN ANY PRICE POINT!!

It’s going to be hard to top this night. Watching the GOAT live in person with my 7 year old who idolizes Messi on a father/son road trip was a movie! Winning the game in true Messi form and showing Christian to NEVER quit even when you’re down! This is what it looks like to be the best. We yelled, we cheered, I cried, a lot and we had an absolute riot of a time on a Sunday night in Dallas, Texas. Thank you @kimmyburgener for taking one for the team and letting us have this night together. We love you!!!

I will NEVER forget this night and I’m certain Christian won’t either!!!

ACL Weekend 2, you did NOT disappoint!

Another incredible weekend in the books with Kimmy and our favorite lady crew!

Great music, unforgettable memories, nonstop belly laughs, and the BEST company a guy could ask for! I seriously hit the jackpot with these amazing women in my life. So thankful for every one of them and all the fun, love, and laughter they bring into my world. ❤️

Happy 25 years, ACL Fest! 🎶🤘

Day 1 guy right here. Yep, I was at the very first one in 2002 and if memory serves, I’ve only missed one or two since. My memory might be questionable, but my commitment to live music isn’t. 😂

This year was extra special. We brought the boys for their first ACL afternoon and those smiles say it all. They loved it and getting to share this Austin tradition with them was the highlight of my weekend. ❤️

Celebrating the life of Dyzko Stu ❤️

It’s still hard for me to find the words to describe what it feels like to lose my best friend. Stu was truly one of a kind. He lived life on his own terms, had an adventurous spirit, made us laugh, and created memories with so many of us that will last forever.

I miss my friend more than I can put into words, but I know Stu wouldn’t want us sitting around being sad. He’d want his people together. He’d want stories being told, drinks being raised, music playing, people laughing, and all of us celebrating the incredible life he lived.

So that’s exactly what we’re going to do. ❤️

Please join us for Dyzko Stu’s Celebration of Life as we come together to remember our friend, share some stories, laugh, cry, hug each other, and raise a glass to a guy who meant so much to so many of us.
