🌿🖤 So I've finally got round to setting up a little page for Boho Locs!

Still early days, but I'm having so much fun learning, practising and getting creative with all things locs, braids and extensions!

I'd love it if you could give my new page a follow and come along for the journey. Every bit of support means a lot! 🥰

Well I'd hire all 4 starting with the least riskiest first and work my way up 🤣🤣🤣 by @toeknee_tt

Just a bit of my practice synthetic locs 💜

I've been trying out different synthetic hair textures and different styles to get used to how they all behave. Every type of hair has its own challenges and definitely doesn't all work the same. As you can see some are uniform and some are nobbly bobbly (which i prefer).

I won't lie, I actually find working with real hair much easier and a lot quicker. Synthetic hair is taking me ages at the minute, but I know speed will come with practice. I'd rather take my time and get the technique right than rush it.

It's only the beginning, and I've still got a long way to go, but every set teaches me something new. Lots more practice, patience and hard work to come, but I'm excited to see where it takes me. 🖤

As of September I will be offering appointments to clients who want to start their loc journey with human hair extensions x by @toeknee_tt

Funny how a good day with the right people fixes your mood… long overdue with Gemma and the kids 💗 by @toeknee_tt

Here’s a list of some of the charities funded by the Postcode Lottery that support refugees and migrants:

Refugee Action
Refugee Council
British Red Cross (Refugee Support Services)
Migrant Help
Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI)
RAMFEL
Asylum Aid
Refugee and Migrant Centre
Breaking Barriers
CARAS (Community Action for Refugees & Asylum Seekers)
Young Roots
Women for Refugee Women
North of England Refugee Service
Manchester Refugee Support Network
Sheffield City of Sanctuary

I know they also fund a lot of local causes, but I think people have a right to know exactly where their money can go.

For me personally, I’d rather choose where my money goes and support local charities directly or causes I fully agree with.

Not about hate or politics, just about transparency and choice. by @toeknee_tt
