🍯easy homemade sugar-free syrup!

made a simple syrup to use for my drinks using allulose! perfect for when you need a neutral tasting sweetener that doesn't overpower your drinks, plus its sugar free and no calories!😋

Maple Earl Grey Hojicha Latte🍁🤎

Why have I not tried hojicha with earl grey before??🥲🥲 Life changing combo!!

Using medium roast hojicha from @whiskedcha.adl ! As someone who usually prefers dark roast, this one surprised me! Super nutty and chocolatey with notes of caramel, and it was delicious even on its own with just milk😋

Use CODE Toffucha10 for $$ off @whiskedcha.adl

Ratio:
-5g Hojicha
-15ml room temp water (mix into paste)
-25ml hot water
-120ml earl grey milk
-10g maple syrup

Jasmine Pu'er Matcha Cloud🫖🍵

Thanks so much to @pangutea for sending these over for me to try!

This was my first time trying tea resin, a concentrated form of tea that dissolves instantly in water!

I thought I’d try it with matcha for fun, but I’ve also been enjoying these on their own. The jasmine pu’er in particular is light and clean-tasting, with a nice floral sweetness! It’s super refreshing as an iced tea as well 🧊 (esp since the weather is starting to get warmer☀️)

I feel like the tea got overpowered by the matcha cloud here though. although its pretty, i think next time i'd try with a hot whisked matcha or use less matcha to let the jasmine pu'er shine through🤔

a classic is all u need!🍵

-4g matcha
-40ml water
-120ml milk

today i tried a new matcha powder, @rebelbunnymatcha 's Sayamakaori from Shizuoka!

it’s described as having notes of graham cracker, apricot and genmai, which i was surprised to be able to instantly pick up, especially the graham cracker!

overall, it’s a very smooth, toasty and naturally sweet matcha with very little astringency or bitterness! i didn’t find myself reaching for any sweetener with this one :)

how i spent my weekend🧩
ft. osmanthus matcha latte🌼🍵

i've always loved building miniature models kits, and I had so much fun with this dream coffee factory puzzle set from @rokr_official ! It was the perfect cozy activity while taking a break from all my uni work and studying, especially while sipping on a matcha latte! I also love that it lights up, moves and even plays music!
