Dessert… then Salad 🥗

S’mores Brownie
A brownie with a graham cracker crust, a thin layer of chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow fluff and a dark chocolate bar on top as garnish

Rating: 7.5/10

I’m not the biggest sweets person in the world, but I would definitely get this again to share. The brownie was nice and soft. The graham cracker crust added a nice crunch to the dessert, and the marshmallow fluff on top was perfectly toasted! The chocolate is very rich so I would definitely get something refreshing to drink to wash it down. If you are a S’mores lover, this is for you!

Power Greens Salad
Mixed Greens tossed with fresh citrus, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and fresh radishes in a citrus Vinaigrette

Rating: 5/10

Vinaigrette was way too salty and overpowering everything within the dish. I might have just gotten a bad batch but it ruined it for me. The citrus was very fresh and I loved the dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. by @toflavorandbeyond

The Angel Açaí Bowl from Lottawatta Lodge in Blizzard Beach 🏖️ 🥶

Rating: 6.5/10

This is a limited item you can get in Blizzard Beach based on one of the Munchling plushes Angel from Lilo and Stitch.

Overall, the açaí bowl was tart and sweet. The waffle cone had a nice crunch to it and the berries were fresh. The banana chip and granola were stale, I would recommend actual banana instead. I’m not a fan of shredded coconut and the white chocolate was just for decoration purposes.

Birria Quesadilla and Burrito Bowl from 4R Cantina in Disney Springs 🇲🇽

Birria Quesadilla rating: 8/10

This is a quesadilla filled with beef birria and Oaxaca cheese topped off with a cilantro and onion salsa and beef jus on the side. The beef was very tender, juicy, and it was rich with so much flavor. The Oaxaca cheese was melted perfectly and it was fun to have a nice cheese pull! If you’ve never had Oaxaca cheese before it taste like Monterrey jack but has the texture of mozzarella. The tortilla was crispy and added a nice contrast to the other textures within this dish. The beef jus was just the leftover juices from the beef birria with cilantro and onion, and it was alright. I would probably prefer another dipping condiment just because the beef alone was good enough. Overall, this is definitely a food item I will get again if I’m with friends or family.

Burrito Bowl rating: 3.5/10

On the other hand, this is something I won’t get again. This was a bowl filled with lettuce, pico de gallo, white rice, sour cream, guacamole, black beans, and topped off with jalapeños, tortillas strips, and queso fresco. The meat I chose was tri-tip steak and it was cold and tough to chew. The rice was mush but also dry in some parts of the bowl. The rest of the ingredients were just bland. This is one of the healthier options on their menu, but I know they could definitely do better.

The Strawberry S’more from the Ganachery 🍓💕

Rating: 7/10

This is very similar to the s’mores they sell here daily with toasted marshmallow, melted sea salt chocolate, and warm sugar-crusted graham crackers. But this limited treat for Valentine’s Day had a toasted strawberry marshmallow instead and strawberry-flavored powder sugar dusted on top.

This treat was tart, sweet and decadent. The chocolate was melted perfectly and the marshmallow was soft and gooey. If I could compare it to something I’ve had before, it tasted very similar to Neopolitan ice cream. The one problem I had was that the graham crackers were a little too soft for my liking, but overall it was good and I would definitely get this to share with a loved one ❤️

Arendelle Aqua Punch at the Daily Poutine ⛄️❄️

Rating: 9/10

This cocktail comes with Malibu coconut rum, peach schnapps, blue curacao, and fresh fruit juices

This a very light and refreshing drink that I would highly recommend on a hot day in Disney Springs. It’s tart and is very similar to a blue raspberry lemonade in my opinion. It’s not too sweet and you can barely taste the rum in it. There is edible glitter in this drink that causes this sparkly snow effect. I didn’t record it unfortunately, but you will see the effect if you ever get this drink.

P.S. - I’M BACK!! I’m going to be posting more frequently than before. I will have more content, possibly including IRL mukbangs, live food reactions, TikToks etc.
There’s a lot of new things happening at Disney and I can’t wait to share!

The Caliente Churro at Señor Buzz Churros 🔥

Rating: 10/10

This churro was so good! It’s a bit intimidating at first with its bright red color, but I promise it’s worth the try. The churro’s flavor is similar to the candy Red Hots and it wasn’t spicy at all in my opinion. The exterior was nice and crunchy with a soft, fluffy inside.

Hands down one of my favorite bites from my visit on Thursday!

Tried the Pickle Dog…
And it’s a hard pass 👎🏻

Rating: 3/10

The panko bread crumb crust and the hotdog were good but it was the pickle that made this experience not worth it. The pickle was too rubbery and the brine to it was not good. Plus one of these was $15?!?! The peanut butter was a weird combination to this dish and wasn’t necessary.

First Time in LA!! 🎢🏖

I’m BACK and ready to post more good eats!!!

Here are some items from The Albright restaurant on the Santa Monica Pier!

First: Shrimp and Chips
Second: Fish Tacos
Third: Fried Calamari
Last: Shrimp Po’Boy

Overall: 8/10
The seafood was fresh and fried perfectly 🫶🏼

Pepper Jack Pretzels from Cheshire Cafe 🌶

First time having it last week and it was pretty good. The pepper jack cheese filling was nice and gooey.

House-made S’mores from the Gnachery in Disney Springs

Roasted vanilla bean marshmallow and sea salted milk chocolate between two soft graham crackers with a powdered sugar Mickey garnish

Rating:10/10

I don’t have much to say about this snack because it was phenomenal. You can tell there was a lot of TLC put into it. It’s a little pricey for a s’more but you’re paying for the experience to watch the cast members craft the s’mores in front of you. Please try this if you’re in Springs!
