Never have I thought that 2 and half months ago that I’d stroke out & also develop 4 stage kidney disease, but here I am now… a month away from a hyrox race because i believed in myself.
.
If my time comes, rather go out like warrior.. fuck it

3rd triathlon after two weeks out from Kokopelli this past weekend.
.
This time I had the privilege to race amongst friends & making new friends during the race.
.
Although I placed 3rd 🥉 in my category, it was really about all the sacrifices and time spent during a training that really paid off.
.
To me it was sharing small moments of joy watching everyone come out.
@bbsctri brought the best in the triathlon community through challenges.
.
Some people have different reasons why they race but you can’t buy the satisfaction after crossing that finish line 🏁.
.
Until next race.. I just want to say thanks for my supporter that came out 🙏

Race day may over but memories were created these past couple days.
.
We drove, hung out, dined together, suffered together (throughout the race) and most of all celebrated together as a team.
.
I could not have asked for a better team and most of all friends to race the triathlon with.
.
Thank you to everyone that made this journey possible. 🙏

From a short ride due to injury & discomfort within my bike, turned into a blessing in disguise on my way back home.
.
I came across a Paramotor circling around red rock canyon where he saw me and circled around me for a good minute.
.
Thank you sir for making my day. 🙏
