A little connection can make a BIG difference!💙🧡

From delivering cards filled with love and encouragement, to celebrating Happy Fall, honoring our Veterans, and recognizing our November and December birthdays, every little gesture is a reminder that someone cares.

At Together Connected Foundation, our mission is rooted in connection, compassion, and reminding others that No One Is Alone.

It’s not always about doing something BIG. Sometimes, it’s the simple things — a card, a kind word, a birthday wish, or a moment of connection — that bring the greatest joy.

Because everyone deserves to feel remembered, valued, and connected. 💙💛

All it takes is a little support.

Happy Fall You All!
Grateful we get to bridge the gap of communication and connect with the residents and patients at Mayfair Care Center and Mercy Hospital Rehab Unit!

Cards are handmade by our student volunteers and decorations made by our mature senior volunteer.

9/11/01 We will not forget how connections helped during a time of devastation and chaos.

Some may not remember because they were too young or not even born yet.

Be kind, be loving, be compassionate

We've recently partnered with Together Connected ( @togetherconnectedtc )! This month they teamed up with elementary schools to create birthday cards and bracelets for our residents to celebrate their birthdays- a lovely addition to the sign and balloon we also give them. 🎂

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the women who turned darkness into light…the moms who cooked, cleaned, comforted, sacrificed, and held their families together with unconditional love.

We also hold close the mothers who may no longer have family nearby, those whose children live far away, and those spending this day quietly or alone.

Through every card delivered and every smile shared, we want them to know they are remembered, valued, and loved.

At Together Connected, our mission is simple: no one should ever feel alone.

Today, we celebrate the love, strength, and heart of every mom. 💜
