Last month, we welcomed more than 15 concession Store Directors from some of the world’s leading luxury brands, alongside leaders from across Harrods, to The Georgian for our Store Director Connect Breakfast.

Hosted by our Concessions HR team, the morning was an opportunity to strengthen partnerships, share updates on the work delivered over the past year and discuss the priorities shaping the future of our concession community. Guests also heard from our Customer Insights team, who shared the latest customer trends and behaviours helping to shape the Harrods experience.
