Happy Mothers Day to this incredible woman and all the other mothers out there showing up daily and raising solid/strong kids. The world needs more women like you. @hmartineauhomes #happymothersday by @tohellandsmack
XIII - Grateful. It's hard to comprehend that I might have missed this chapter of life had I not made some hard decisions years ago. To those of you who have been there since the beginning or before and are still solid today, thank you. It's you who showed me how to operate on a different level and those of you who carry me through when life's weight stacks up. #regularly. Today like all other days now, I'm surrounded by family and friends that I love and cherish and that show me the same love and appreciation day in and day out. To those of you still struggling and lost, there is more this world has to offer... Reach out anytime... All love, NKM #clean #sober #sobriety #recovery #13 by @tohellandsmack

Nothing like right now. This crew. I love you. by @tohellandsmack
@hellllstar days rarely go by without you in my thoughts. This section of you just popped up and I’d never waste a chance to show the world the kind of human that you were. We all love you, and until the next one… #alllove by @tohellandsmack
Ten years ago I had no concept of real life. I had no understanding of what was happening around me and how the story I had been writing was truly unnecessary. I was harming everyone I came in contact with. I honestly believed I cared for those I surrounded myself with but the truth was that I contributed to the demise of everyone I thought I loved. Today the path is different. The only goal is to raise a good human, be a good man, and do as much as possible to make this life easier on everyone I come in contact with. It doesn’t matter where we come from, what we look like, how much or how little we have, this life is hard on everyone… Today my gratitude is ever present and it’s because of all of you, specifically my men. You carry me through, you show me the path, and you show me how to continue becoming a better everything. Thank you. To the women doing the same, raising other women, making men better men, and holding it down in ways I can’t comprehend, I am forever grateful for you. Thank you. If you’re seeing this, chances are you’re on the list of people I love and owe my life to. Thank you. Special shout out to my parents for cutting me loose early in life to learn the hard way. and for not denouncing me as their family. 🤝🏽 To my sisters @maleriemortimer @jordyn.reyes_ for never showing me anything but love. ❤️😘. To @hmartineauhomes for the best gift I could ever imagine #CMM, and to my son, #CMM, thank you for making me the man I am today. I love you. #thankyou #recovery by @tohellandsmack
Getting older is a strange experience. My body hurts more and I hear much less. The world goes faster but things seem to slow down. The love within has grown immensely for everyone I’ve encountered, good and bad. But I like that. At this point I’ve come to understand that this life is hard on everyone, without bias. And with that I look forward to the hard and happy times ahead. To all of the genuine, tough and honest men & women in my life guiding me through into chapters like this, thank you, I love you. And to my son, I will never know a greater love than yours. I am proud of the boy you are becoming, and my greatest experiences are always had with you along side. I love you. by @tohellandsmack

It’s all good…. Wasn’t always though. All love and respect to these men and all the others like ‘em. The men out there doing the right things at all costs. The men sacrificing themselves for the betterment of others - family/friends/acquaintances/strangers/enemies&opposites. It’s these types of men that inspire myself and make this life a lot less painful for the rest of us, thank you all and thanks to @itisallbad for having us out. 🤝🏽🙏🏽 by @tohellandsmack
Happy birthday to my amazing @hmartineauhomes. Officially 40 today and you make it look so good. I love spending your birthday with you each year and look forward to another 40. Forever and ever.. #happybirthday #40thbirthday by @tohellandsmack
You are the best thing to ever happen in my life. Thank you, son. I love you. #CMM #iloveyou by @tohellandsmack
I’ve been putting this off in hopes that I could avoid the pain, but there’s no way around.. there’s not enough space to explain who you were and how much you’ve meant to so many people. Even after a life time of friendship I’m probably not aware of your impact on this world, but I am aware of the impact you’ve had on myself and so much of our circle. I am a better man today because you showed me that a different path is possible… Today we have the light you’ve left behind in our hearts and in your daughter, and the many of us that love you will continue to remember you with love and respect by taking care of her, as you would have done for ours. Thank you for being such a beautiful part of my life, Mikey. Please give everyone my love, and until we meet again, please guide me through this life, my friend. I love you. by @tohellandsmack
