We're not just logos and brands, here. Book and print design is a specific skill that I really enjoy, too! It was great to help Owen Wilkie's fifth novel become a reality. I did both the cover design and interior layout. I was partial to the alternate cover option, but the chosen one turned out great, too. This book and his others are available on Amazon if your interest is piqued! Which cover option is your favorite? taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @tohlencreativeco

"We need to punch above our weight." Got it. With a loyal, satisfied user base, @showandtour was looking out to what was next for their real estate media delivery service and app. But a limited visual identity and overall brand was holding them back. "We're told we feel too small and don't inspire confidence." They hired Tohlen Creative to help them push into that next phase of growth through strategic brand design. Through discovery, we identified their key audiences, goals for a refresh, and landed on some keywords to define their brand: practical, creative, trusted. After working through initial logo concepts together, we realized a rework of their original logo felt most appropriate to retain valuable brand equity and familiarity. After we reworked and solidified the logo and wordmark, we expanded the visual identity with distinct typography, a reinvigorated palette, and branded graphic elements. The result is a confident, engaging brand that feels established and ready to prove it's the best real estate media delivery platform. taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @tohlencreativeco

My side gig is now my main thing: after over 16 years as a graphic designer and art director, it was time to go full-time on my own business. With Tohlen Creative I'm all about partnering with established businesses and organizations to help them get to what's next through excellent, strategic branding and graphic design. I've successfully helped many different clients do just this over the years, and I'm stoked to do this with even more. What's your next? I'd love to hear about it and see if I can be a partner in helping you get there. Shoot me a DM or visit my website, link in bio. Cheers! taken in Lees Summit, Missouri by @tohlencreativeco
