Oluwatoke Salami set out to build a small business. The market had other plans.

She planned for one event a week. By month two, Bekiri was running 12. Customers pushed for ice cream, brownies, crepes — she declined, and productised instead. Flipd took Bekiri from an event cart to a retail pancake mix now sold in Nigeria and the UK.
