Highlights from our Sangeet! Kajal choreographed the dances and we chose each song based on its meaning. I loved seeing my mom, dad, and sister along with Chahita, Tithi, and Ziya dance to celebrate their relationships with me and my new beginning with Chris. It was incredibly special to watch Chris learn these Bollywood dances for me, a huge part of my childhood. We had so much fun incorporating this into our reception! by @tokesmagotes1

We are so grateful to have had our family by our side on our wedding day and to be able to embrace important pieces of both our cultures.

My mama (maternal uncle) walked me down the aisle per Gujarati customs and then both my mom and dad walked me to meet Chris at the stage which was so special.

My sister Kajal, who became ordained for our wedding, gave a beautiful speech to officiate our ceremony.

All four of our dads gave touching speeches, including a speech recited in Japanese by Chris’ father, and our family members all danced to meaningful songs with us. by @tokesmagotes1
