✨ For my birthday this year, I want to give back to the community that’s given me so much ✨

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month & National Recovery Month, and I want to honor that by offering 2–4 free self-harm scar coverup tattoos 🖤

I know tattoos can’t erase what someone has been through, and this isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen. For me, it’s about giving someone the opportunity to reclaim a part of their body and turn something painful into something that feels like theirs again.

As much as I’d love to do more, I'm still a small business so this is me giving what I can, within my means 🥺🖤

If you or someone you know has been considering a scar coverup, I’ll have a short application form available through the link in my bio! You do not need to share your story or trauma in detail to apply.

I’m incredibly grateful that tattooing has given me the ability to create something meaningful for people, and I’d love for this to be one small way I can give that back 🖤

POV moment with me (/ _ ; )
I wanted to show you what a day or two, or three without my ADHD medication actually feels like for me... Not just the funny parts, but the little things you probably wouldn’t notice from the outside 🫠

I still went to work.
I still tattooed.
I still came home.
I still ate.
I still played games.
I still took care of my cats.
I still had a really beautiful dinner.

But my brain was so freaking LOUD.

Every little decision took more energy. I overthought my tattoo. I kept going back and touching things because I couldn’t stop questioning whether they were right. I cared less about how I looked and that made me feel gross. I had a harder time getting myself to do things. I tried to focus but I couldn't. I slept for two hours in the middle of the day. My brain jumped from thought to thought constantly.

And honestly, one of the biggest things I notice is that I stop thinking about myself.

Sometimes my husband making me food and putting my vitamins next to it feels like the biggest act of love because I don’t have to make one more decision for myself.

This is just my experience but I wanted to share it because ADHD, anxiety and depression aren't always visible. Sometimes it looks like someone who seems completely functional while internally they’re just trying to keep up with 100 thoughts at once. I need a freaking catalogue to sort through my own brain.
