It's my fifth year on this magical land, and it feels like the right time to let you see a bit more what is she all about, if you manage to have a clear Idea, know you missed it:) taken in Evros, Greece by @toledowine

It's so nice to open a bottle that I've made a few years ago and to understand my past in a new way..
After tasting my Riesling from 2021 I feel it deserves a celebration , so I'm thinking to come to Israel in December and have a ToledoWine closing party, what do you say?

Pét Nat Nebbiolo 2021

Every year Yariv the grower is telling me that it's the last year he is growing this verity, "in the end of the season, I will uproot it!" As the Nebbiolo vines that are growing deep into the calcareous rock are especially stubborn and hard to tame..

I must say once more..

I'm grateful that he didn't pull it out!

Pét Nat Nebbiolo 2021 is now out on the site

"Stav" or "Autumn"
Amber semi-dry Vermouth
Is made from Autumn foreged botanicals, fruits, raisins, leaves and spices. Those were added to base wine made from Dabuki grapes, fortified with date's alcohol and aged for 14 months in old oak.

What does Israeli Autumn taste like?

Spring Vermouth is an attempt to bottle a memory of this fleeting moment where the Israeli nature is in full bloom.

This dry vermouth is made from wild picked flower's tinctures and ferments that were added to honey fermented Dabuki wine.

Now on the site!
