My story and why of starting a business almost 6 years ago now ❤️ #businessowner #marketingcoach by @tolivewithintent

Marketing may be the bane of your existence.

Let’s make it fun again, like it was before engagement was low ,or before being vulnerable felt like being eaten by a bear. 🤣
It doesn’t have to be this. When you feel clear and confident in your message, it’s amazing how much easier it can be to show up, be yourself and attract the right people.

It becomes exciting and empowering. I want to help you with this DM me “intensive” or “Rooted” and let’s get started! #marketingsupport #marketingcoach #messagingcoach by @tolivewithintent

These are my business values ⬇️

1. I believe in ethical marketing. After creating a solution to someone’s problem, marketing is simply answering all the questions someone has before buying.…no coercion or manipulation required. 🫶

2. I care about my client’s results.
And I like to work with those who do too.

3. I believe relationships are at the heart of successful businesses. People buy from people they trust. Storytelling is a natural way to build trust, connect, and create lasting relationships. Resulting in your audience feeling understood, supported, and confident in choosing you.

4. I believe in creating a life-first business because having a good personal life is a greater mark of success than any business achievement. Business success is never worth it if it comes with dropping the ball in your personal life. As a mom with mental health challenges, I value balance and building a business that supports that.

4. I believe in personal development and that business is the greatest personal development journey! A HUGE reason I love it so much.

Any you share with me? Would love to hear below! 🥰🫶 by @tolivewithintent

Most business owners are missing THIS in their content

They’re creating content based on their audience’s problems, desires, what’s going viral right now... and while all of that is important, most aren’t actually building the level of trust required for someone to buy from a stranger on the internet in 2026.

Because someone can want EXACTLY what you’re selling and still not believe they can actually get that result by working with YOU.

Which is why showing your expertise, how you think, how you work with clients, who you are, and PROOF that you can deliver should be a HUUUGE focus in your marketing.

Ps. I made a training breaking down what I’m seeing work best on Instagram right now to turn content into actual client enquiries.

Comment LEADS and I’ll send it to you!! by @tolivewithintent

Are you focusing on the wrong things?

How to go viral, post frequency, trends, hooks.

Before you’re even clear why someone would choose to work with you over someone else in the first place.

Focus on building your marketing foundations and the rest will fall into place to actually result in business growth.

You can know ALL the marketing strategies and still struggle to make them work for your business.

Because a lot of the work that’s made the biggest difference for my clients isn’t just figuring out what to post.

It’s digging into things like…

What do you actually want to say that you’re holding back from saying?

Where are you putting yourself in a box instead of showing what makes you different?

What if you stopped doubting your expertise and started owning the work you’ve already been doing?

And how do we turn all of that into clear messaging that actually connects with the right people?

And that’s why I love combining marketing strategy with the deeper coaching work inside Rooted. Comment “rooted” to learn more about this type of support. by @tolivewithintent

Posting consistently isn’t enough if your message is ALL over the place

Six years in marketing working with service providers on Instagram, and one of the BIGGEST things I’ve learned is that repetition in your message is reeeally important.

It helps your content get pushed out to the RIGHT people, but it also helps you build recognition and become KNOWN for the thing you actually do in your industry.

People start to understand what you do and associate you with that thing.
And THAT is why having a clear message matters so much!!

When I hear people say, “But I’m posting consistently…” I’m like… okay, but if every post is about something completely different, the algorithm is never really able to categorize who your content is for 😅

And if each piece goes out to a different audience, you’re not truly building recognition or a following around what you do.

So yes, post consistently.

But more importantly, repeat your message enough that both the algorithm AND your audience actually know what you want to be known for!! by @tolivewithintent

Let this be your sign to put your laptop away and go somewhere fun alone ✨ by @tolivewithintent

Or you can try this…

On a new account I opened, I announced it on my personal account and said if the topic interested them to follow along. Now I just have the most supportive friends and family on that account. because they’re actually following to hear about that topic. by @tolivewithintent
