Hand sanitization station, primer and indirect drains for Watts 9d vents. Left a tee for a water hammer arrestor. The 1-1/2" xfr is for a drinking fountain with an indirect connection, awaiting placement then can cut it all in.

Shout out to @plumb.sofa for pointing out the vac breaker on constant pressure side of the primer set up. by @tolken

Quick 1-1/4" feed for an emergency eyewash station
Factory 1-1/4" tee was split. The quality of materials just keeps getting worse and worse!

Hope everyone is having an awesome week.

One day isn't enough to recognize what @cabbyhabby means or does for our family. The early mornings, sleepless/late nights, selfless love, care, compassion, patience, understanding, generosity etc.

There is so much that goes unnoticed by us. Whether it be the little things that we sometimes inadvertently take for granted or the things that we don't see. The invisible mental load that you carry that we will never comprehend fully.
My boys and I are forever greatful and fortunate to have you in our lives. You have taught us so much, and given so much of yourself without ever questioning it. Thankyou for all that you do and have done for us. Your an amazing mother and partner.

We are always learning about ourselves, changing and growing and we have you to thank for being apart of this unpredictable ride called life.
We love you very much, enjoy your day as you well more than deserve it.
We Love you very much.

Navien combis, some people hate em, some people love them. I love them, they serve their purpose and are cost effective, easy to install and service. Great warranties, tech support, part availability etc.
This was a 2 zone system, radiant floor and its also set up for a future hydronic air handler.

Cast iron boiler repipe. Primary secondary.
This was a job that started small then turned into a rather large ammount of work. They opted to keep the 30yr old cast iron boiler instead of going for a condensing boiler. Ended up costing them probably the same ammount if not more. Hence all the tekmar controls & Emerson controls.
Wish I got pics of it finished but you get the idea. by @tolken

Frost free replacement.
We always like to leave a service loop when possible, or fasten the FIP Off so you can replace without damaging any walls.

It's the little details that make the difference

First time installing a legio mix and installing it in a residence
This house has between 90-120psi at any given moment and any other spring type mix valve does not work, even though they rated for 150psi. So the ball valve mix it is!
Seems to be working well without the check valves. Time will tell!

Have you installed these in a residence?
