I’ve been asked this question a lot: “How big is 300 sqm?”

So I thought about the simplest way to explain it.

300 sqm is roughly the same footprint as 36 Toyota Corollas lined up together.

Sometimes, seeing the size makes it much easier to understand.

Real estate is not just about buying and selling.

You need to have an objective — a clear goal or outcome you want to achieve.

Once you know the outcome, you can build the strategy around it.

Outcome → Strategy → Location → Asset → Price → Exit

The mistake is starting with the property:

“This area is popular. Let me buy there.”

Instead, start with the question:

“What do I want this investment to do for me?”

Then let the answer determine how, where, what, how much, and when you invest. by @tolugbodei

It is time for us to go back to the beginning.

Maybe happiness was never meant to come from screens, traffic, and concrete walls.

In the beginning, we were placed in a garden for a reason. Nature, sunlight, fresh air, and genuine human connection awaken the very chemicals that regulate joy, peace, and well-being.

The further we drift from nature, the further we drift from ourselves.

Sick Building Syndrome

Your home can look beautiful, feel cool… and still have poor air quality.

Recurring headaches, fatigue, throat irritation, or difficulty concentrating while indoors may be linked to Sick Building Syndrome , often associated with poor ventilation and indoor pollutants such as VOCs from paints, adhesives, cleaning products, furniture finishes, and building materials.

And no, AC is not always the solution.

Most air conditioners cool and recirculate indoor air; they do not replace proper fresh-air ventilation.

So when designing or choosing a home, don’t only ask:
“Does it have AC?, Does it have POP? 😂”

Ask:
“Can this space breathe?”

Build for health, not just aesthetics.
