Some call it a midlife crisis, I’m calling it a rebuild! I’m 51 and rebuilding with a purpose. Sharing my journey

POSTS STORIES REELS

Over the last 10 days my goal was to share my thoughts on my new personal direction and at the same time get use to talking on camera again, it’s been a minute.

Today I have one more story and that is when I finally made the decision to change, granted it wasn’t immediate but the decision was made in July. Sometimes you just need to see it to believe it.

Sight and sounds from Saturdays ride with @rcc_orange_county Big thanks to @bon.gabss our ride leader for always organizing a solid ride by @tom.pellicer

Life just got easier, seriously! I just downloaded the new AI Assistant from Meta called Muse (not sponsored). I’ve been dialing it in over the last two days and I’m just blown away, for real! Hopefully you watched the video , if this is something your looking for hit me up, they do offer a free version but just limited, but enough to try it out and see the benefits.

Yes I was skeptical on going all in with AI, but F it, it’s here to stay, I don’t want to get left behind especially if makes my life easier.

New Week New Goals! It’s time to refocus and get back on track this week. Just because things DON’T go as planned it doesn’t mean give up! Remember the WHY remember the early struggles of getting past the shitty part, remember the rad feeling when you hit a milestone. Don’t let one bad day or bad week sidetrack you from your goals! Keep on keeping on!

Time to refocus! 💪🏽✌🏽

What a freaking week!!! I’m just happy it’s over and we get to start all over tomorrow. I feel like nothing went as planned in both personal and business life, but that’s just life! It’s easy to get down and out, the hard part is pushing past the noise and staying focused on the goals.

Dealing with adversity is when growth happens, this past week I grew, not my preferred method BUT growth none the less!

Time to put it behind me and move on to the next!

See ya tomorrow ✌🏽

I just need to get out of my head and start creating period! Commit to the process and just do it! So enough excuses because at the end of the day I truly just want to document, encourage and have fun doing it!

See ya tomorrow! ✌🏽

This pertains to anything you want to accomplish, without consistency you very rarely see progress. So, the sooner you can be consistent the sooner you will see the progress.

For me, walking consistently every single day has changed my life, it took a minute, but now I see the results daily from walking. Walking alone has played a big part of my health journey and now I can’t go a day without it.

Well I’m going to change things up here a little. It’s something I’ve wanted to do multiple times, but failed! I think now it’s finally the time to commit and follow through, documenting my life is going to be challenging but I’m up for it!

It will be cringy for sure! But I hope I can minimize the cringe as quick as possible! Hope y’all stick around.

Let’s go Broncos!!! Week 1 here we go!

Discipline is the foundation period. Do it for yourself and everything else will fall in place
