Man that feels good

It seems like we unlocked the final piece of the puzzle today. This sport is bloody hard and I've felt that over the past few years but today was one I can enjoy

That was by far my best day on the bike, and to finally show the work I've been putting in means a lot .

I probably rode a bit too hard, and had to control that final part of the run, but I was having fun ,and it felt great to be able to rip it!!

#throwbackthursday to @ironmanpoland last year. Gutted I can't get back this year to improve on 2nd, but with the isolation requirements it just didn't make sense. Next year though, for sure I'll be there !!

Watching the content from Kona fires me up to get out there next year

It's no secret I race a lot . And I think this year it caught up with me. After Swansea and Almere the body was tired, so I've made the decision to call the season and rebuild for 2027.

Getting back to performing and the top and in the big races is what motivates, and I think this is the best plan to get there

Legs are still smashed and stairs are still being tackled sideways

Motivation is high. After a great day , although the result wasn't what I was hoping, training had been great for this one . Then watching 70.3 worlds on the journey home fired me up even more

A week to reset and then decide where we go from here. All I know is that I can be competitive at the front at any race I enter and I'm ready to keep putting in the work to get there by @tom_davis.tri

A great day out even if the result wasnt what we wanted

Swim i was where we needed to be, bike the legs went missing from 90-180k and then went out hard on the run, either get back into the race or blow up trying... in the end the legs left the chat at around 35k! taken in Almere-Stad, Flevoland, Netherlands by @tom_davis.tri

A big weekend of racing coming up

I've been rolling around the roads of Almere ready to race Sunday, but more on that later

Most of the squad racing this weekend

@clarabell64 is in action here in Almere over the half for @teambottrill

Also @samwatters92 @rpwilkinson15 in action in the UK at the Vitruvian middle distance

@ipek.onaran and Nicholas Foulcher in action over in 70.3 Serbia

And @lewisdoesthings in action over the Cheltenham super sprint !!
