I'm sticking my neck out here so you can learn about available options.

The most important thing always is SPF and skin care. I did not start my skincare journey until I was about 35.

The damage had been done as a teenager. Severe sunburns. Maybe no spf, tanning beds etc.

Without my good skin care routine, microneedling, chemical peels etc I would probably have more visible damage..
