Second summer in the books.

I came into this summer wanting to grow as a salesperson, but I’m leaving with growth that goes well beyond sales. Every day pushed me to get better at connecting with people, handling rejection, leading others, and showing up with confidence even when things weren’t going my way.

There were plenty of difficult days, but there were also big wins, great people, and moments that reminded me why I came back for another summer. I’m proud of what I accomplished personally and even more excited about the person I’m becoming through it all.

Grateful for the journey, the lessons and everyone who was a part of my second summer🤝. by @tomcroyle5

Happy birthday to the light of my life! Rachel, words can’t express how much your love and affection does for me. In my highs and my lows, you’re always there to pick me right back up and get me back on track. You motivate me to be the best version of myself each and everyday and I couldn’t ask for a better partner to attack this life with. Cheers to 21, love you more than you can imagine. Still not sure how I got this lucky, happy birthday to my better half!❤️ by @tomcroyle5
