Every road trip needs a co-pilot. This one just happens to have 4 paws 🐾. Rick and Naedene are on the Navien training tour in Northern BC and Lucy made sure she got invited too.

I'm not saying we saved the best for last but here we are...

Meet the youngest of Rick's kids... and somehow the one who's in charge.

That's right — the baby of the family climbed all the way to Boss Lady status, and the rest of us have been taking direction from her ever since. (Rick included)

If you've ever called, emailed, placed an order, or needed something yesterday, there's a good chance Naedene was the one making it happen behind the scenes. She's our leader, our problem solver, and the glue that keeps the Tom Donaldson ship running.

Outside the office, she's the world's best aunt, Lucy's very spoiled dog mom, and yes... she's also Dale's wife. Which means they work together all day and somehow still choose to go home together. We'll let you decide who's the patient one.

Thanks for keeping us organized, keeping us laughing, and keeping this family business moving every day. We couldn't do it without you, Naedene.

Well... this is a little awkward.

I'm usually the one writing everyone else's Meet the Team posts, so writing my own feels a bit strange.

Officially, I've been with Tom Donaldson Co. for one year. Unofficially? I've been around a lot longer than that. Some of you might know me as Rick's oldest child, Naedene's older (and arguably less wise) sister, and a familiar face around Tom Donaldson over the years.

These days, I'm the one behind our social media, captions, and all those nice things you've been reading about the rest of the team.

When I'm not creating posts or dreaming up the next hashtag, I'm chasing my three busy kids or spending my "free time" teaching Grade 2.

So if you've ever read one of our posts and thought, "Who comes up with this stuff?" ... now you know (unless you have a complaint - then it's Naedene)!

We’re back with another Meet the Team Monday feature, and this time it’s someone many of you already know.

Meet Dale!

If Dale looks familiar, there’s a good chance you met him during his years at the wholesaler before he made the move over to Tom Donaldson Co. Safe to say, he’s already a familiar face (and voice) to a lot of our customers.

Dale’s a man of many talents. When he’s not helping contractors find what they need, you’ll probably catch him with a coffee in hand, on the softball diamond, walking his dog Lucy, or cooking supper for his amazing wife.

We’re lucky to have Dale on the team—and if you know him, you know he’s always up for a good chat.

We’re continuing our Meet the Team series by introducing the newest member of the Tom Donaldson Co. crew — James!

James joins us with a Journeyman Plumber background and brings a passion for Navien products to the team.

When he’s not hard at work you’ll likely find him with a Tim Hortons Double Double in hand or out on the golf course working on his swing.

So, if you give us a call and hear a voice you don’t recognize, don’t worry — you’ve just met our newest team member! We’re excited to have James on board and can’t wait for our customers to get to know him!

Kicking off our Meet the Team series with someone who needs very little introduction around here — Rick.

As the second generation of the Jeanes family to run Tom Donaldson Co., Rick has been a big part of the family, the business, and the relationships we’ve built with our customers over the years.

When he’s not helping contractors or our wholesale teams, you’ll probably find him skiing or hiking in the mountains, sailing the ocean, or spending time with his 6 grandkids (and 1 grand pup).

And if you've ever called Rick and wondered why he sounds like he’s answered your call from the top of a mountain… he probably is.

Give this guy a shout out and let him feel the love we all have for him.
