🌟 Meet Our Facilitator

We are honored to host H.E. Amb. Dr. Tomesha D. Walker (H.C.), MDIP, MCGI—The Maternal Systems Architect and Godmother To Millions™ for an impactful session on:

Emotional Intelligence in Leadership — Leading with Heart

In a world where leadership goes beyond strategy and structure, emotional intelligence remains the defining edge. The ability to understand self, connect with others, and lead with empathy is what drives sustainable influence and meaningful impact.

This session will challenge fellows to lead beyond authority, embracing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and people-centered leadership.

✨ Leadership is not just about power, it is about people, purpose, and presence.

At LYDI, we are intentional about raising leaders who lead with both competence and compassion.

In the Bible, 8 is linked to new beginnings.

What are you believing for...

Tomorrow?
A breakthrough?
A turning point?
A moment of clarity?
Or even complete freedom from something?

Who are you bringing?
See you there!
