#AD: What happens when you put jalapeños in rosé? 🌶️🍷 Obviously, you pair it with Primula’s jalapeño cheese. Fighting fire with fire in the sunshine, rosé spritz and cheese, not a bad way to spend my day☀️🔥

Taste testing Rully Pinot Noir from the Côte Chalonnaise in the same way I believe everyone on the Peloton does. It gets very oxygenated. by @tomgilbeywine

Popped round to Hammersmith to have some riverside Oysters and a delicious Muscadet, at the excellent restaurant of a good friend of mine, Sam, of Sams riversside.
Tasting Les Noelles Muscadet and 6 carlingford Oysters, not much wrong with that. by @tomgilbeywine

YellowTail Prosecco is ... Class?
The danger of blind tasting rubbish bin wines is the chance one of them might surprise you, I accidentally quite liked this prosecco when I came across it blind and now I think my reputation is ruined.

Nothing like a domaine de Leyrissat Monbazillac when you’ve done 8 stages of the Tour de France. I haven’t done 8 stages, but I still like Monbazillac and this one’s rather good!
