Let’s talk about a season I don’t share often, but know too many of us experience in silence. 💔
There was a time when menopause completely took over my body. No matter how hard I worked out or how clean I ate, the scale kept going up. My hormones were in absolute chaos, and my cortisol levels were constantly under attack.
It got to a point where working harder wasn't the answer—I needed real help. My doctor ended up prescribing an antidepressant just to help me navigate the hormonal storm.
Menopause isn't just "hot flashes"—it’s a physical and emotional mountain. If you are in the thick of it right now, feeling like your body isn't your own: I see you, and you are not alone.

Other than the wake and glow... My 3 products are the : Pre-Workout, Whey protein, and ,Creatine. I must have my radiant mind for mental clarity and applecider vinegar gummies for occasional cravings and for my acid reflux.
