I've been fortunate enough to spend hundreds of hours in the air, exploring places, discovering new perspectives, and sharing unforgettable moments with people along the way.

and yet, there are still moments when i look outside and think to myself, how incredible is it that i get to do this?

flying isn't always about going somewhere. sometimes it's simply about being up there, enjoying the moment, and remembering why you started in the first place.

I guess some passions never really grow old. they just grow with you.

here's to many more hours, new adventures, and never taking any of it for granted.

5.5 tons. 1,000 horsepower. 9 cylinders. One massive radial engine. World largest single engine bi-plane. And 10 passengers sitting in the back.

Recently had the chance to fly my first few flights on the Antonov An-2.

First flown in 1947, the An-2 became one of the most iconic utility aircraft ever built. Its huge wings, rugged design and STOL capabilities allowed it to operate from surprisingly short and rough airstrips.

Flying this aircraft is nothing like flying a modern aircraft. It’s loud, raw, physical and incredibly rewarding.

A true piece of aviation history, and an absolute privilege to experience from the cockpit.

This year’s Fly&Grill event in Ambrì was not only Switzerland’s biggest, but also one of the most beautiful fly-in events I’ve been to in a long time!

More than 120 aircraft made their way to the very picturesque former military airfield of Ambrì, LSPM. It was such a pleasure to see so many friends from the flying community, as well as people I’ve connected with through Instagram, all gathered at this truly unique event and sharing the same passion for aviation.

A huge thank you to everyone at @flygrillambri for all the hard work and effort that went into making this event happen.
