A community built for fathers fighting to stay present in their children’s lives while carrying battles most people never see.

The mental pressure.
The isolation.
The feeling of being unheard.
Dad Strong was created to remind people they do not have to go through it alone.

This movement is about support, resilience and building a brotherhood where fathers feel safe enough to speak openly about what they’re going through mentally, emotionally and physically.

And although the name is Dad Strong, this is for anyone who resonates with the message.

Today was a special day for me personally.
I had the privilege of meeting Moses, someone who has inspired me to become the man I am today. His mindset, resilience, and willingness to stand up for what matters have had a huge impact on my journey.
To have someone like him get behind this movement means more than I can put into words.
The love, support, messages, shares, and encouragement I’ve received throughout this journey have been incredible. It reminds me that this cause is bigger than any one person.
I’ll keep showing up every single day to raise awareness, build a stronger community, and let dads know they don’t have to fight their battles alone. Every child deserves their dad, and every dad deserves support.

With two beautiful kids looking up to me and another little one on the way, the life I build matters more than ever.

I want them to remember a dad who showed up, joined in, listened and made sure they never had to question how loved they were.

I’ve got too much to be present for to keep giving pieces of myself to the life I left behind. My family deserves the best of me, and so do I. 🧡 by @tommmydov

Life happens. Things fall apart, people let you down, and sometimes you find yourself starting again when you thought you’d finally worked it all out.

But you can go through hard times and still be a good person. You can hurt and still care about others. You can own your mistakes, grow from them and keep chasing a life you’re proud of.

I’m learning that choosing happiness doesn’t mean pretending everything is okay. Sometimes it means accepting what you can’t change and putting your energy into what you can. Being present with the people you love. Backing yourself enough to chase that dream, even when you’re scared it won’t work.

I’ve lost enough time to things I can’t change. I want to spend the time ahead growing, loving my people and seeing what I’m capable of.

This man is a legend. Since I first started my business, I’ve lost count of how many times he’s helped me get jobs done. He’s always shown up, worked hard and never complained. Not to mention you will never see him not wearing my work top

But it goes well beyond work. Dad, you’ve been there through my best and my worst. Whether I’ve got it right or made a mess of things, I’ve always known I could count on you.

You set the bar for the father I want to be. You’ve shown me that being a dad means showing up, putting in the effort and making sure your kids know they’re loved.
