Cockpit decluttered. Introducing the Side Shift⚡️

Been running this custom Blip setup by @rideadapt and the ergonomics are next level. Managing a dropper, brakes, and shifting on a single side used to be a cramped mess—this simplifies the entire interface and lets me put the shift buttons exactly where I need them.
