Ever read a script and felt totally disconnected from the character? When a role feels completely different from who you are, it’s easy to pull away. But the key isn’t trying to fake it—it’s finding your way in. Try mapping out core beliefs across 5 categories: 👉 Life is... 👉 Men are... 👉 Women are... 👉 People are... 👉 I am... By comparing your character’s beliefs with your own, you can spot where you align—and where you don’t—to ground your performance in real feeling. 🔗 Watch the full breakdown on YouTube!
