41yo was LIT🤷🏾‍♀️...I graduated with two degrees and two certificates from one school and started another #journalism, started a business (please go follow @theplantauntieca 🌱 ), tackled a run @northstar_california that had previously terrified me, wore my hair 12 different ways, got my ADHD diagnosis, finally removed my toe stops 😆 and so much more. Hella proud of myself...so yeah here's a walkthrough of me just being fly. YW 😎😘 taken in Oakland, California by @tomorrowbuttoday

Did you know the Monstera deliciosa grows fruit? ... sweet, delicious fruit that tastes like a cross between🍍 pineapple and banana 🍌 with a hint of strawberry🍓 🤤...It takes a full year for the fruit to ripen and is NOT safe to eat until those green tiles lift and fall off revealing the creamy white flesh underneath...Before it's fully ripened it will still contain calcium oxalate crystals (sharp microscopic crystals) which will irritate and burn the throat and mouth...The Monstera plant is toxic to humans and animals...🐈🐈‍⬛🐶 so handle with care👏🏾

🧐🥵Indoor Monstera plants rarely flower, as they need very specific conditions to bloom (high humidity, lots of room and consistent warmth).

🫶🏾Now you know why she’s called the Delicious Monster (Monstera deliciosa).

Mature and neglected Hoya Carnosa Compacta...🌱🙆🏾‍♀️Story time... For the last seven months I rode by this plant in the window of a store that was permanently closed and slowly packing up their merch 🫠👀... I watched the plant continue to decline...I DM'd the store many times and emailed many times and left notes on the door... No response... untill this day I got lucky...I saw people inside❗😯They were having a meeting... someone got up and came to the door to see what my wide-eyed, eager, smiling face wanted and I asked if I could please take this plant and save it. She gave me the plant🎁...Then a girl had to do what she had to do to get it home on her bike. 😅

Thank you to Ayesha Curry's Sweet July store team 🌱🤩👋🏾
