🥊 11 YEARS OLD. ELBOWS SHARPENING. THAILAND LOADING… 🇹🇭🔥

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just discipline, dedication and a whole lot of hard work.

Meet Kru Ton @ton_wacharachai 👋🏽

He’s our newest trainer at Maneema Muay Thai. Still an active fighter - Kru Ton is still training and he’ll be back in the ring soon. You’ll see him teaching classes and doing PTs as well as running in the mornings and hitting pads with Kru Pick at the end of each night. 😮‍💨

If you’ve done one of his classes, you’ve already seen the footwork, the speed and the power. Now you can learn from him one-on-one.

PT with Kru Ton is now open: technique, corrections and padwork built around you. DM us to book or members can book directly on the app.

Never trained before? Beginners 101 is where everyone starts. Link in bio 🔗

New to Muay Thai? Shadow boxing feels awkward at first. Everyone starts there.

But it’s not just a warm-up, it’s training. With practice comes flow.

Here’s Kru Ton @ton_wacharachai showing the class how he shadows.

What to work on:
👊🏽 Footwork: moving in and out of range, cutting angles, staying on balance
👊🏽 Defence: checks, blocks, slips and guard, drilled until they’re automatic
👊🏽 Offence: building combinations and rhythm before you ever hit a pad
👊🏽 Flow: linking attack and defence into one smooth motion

Next class, treat your shadow rounds like the real thing.

Not shadowboxing like Kru Ton (yet)? You can look like him - he’s wearing Maneema merch head to toe. Pick up our Maneema x @infightstyle shorts and Thai Style Training Shirt next time you’re in the gym 💪🏾
