Yo a las 7:00 AM, medio dormida: “Te ves buena, buena, buena…”

Con el cuerpo en modo zombie pero el alma perreando con El General 😂🎶

Siempre es necesario echarle una cucharadita de locura rica a la rutina 😜💃

This just broke my heart all over again. 💔 Tomorrow will be two weeks since my miscarriage and it’s been so hard but everyday we try to laugh and play and not be sad about our loss.

However, I do support them and encourage them to cry and express their pain versus suppressing it. It’s healthy and helps us share those feeling and work through them.

We pray and have faith that God has a bigger and better plan. 🙏🏼

I’m so grateful my boys are so strong, mature and sweet and have given me so much strength. Now that I’ve gained my strength back it’s my turn to protect and guide them through this.

It’s brought us closer and although it was traumatic it’s the way God wanted it to happen. 😢 We accept and trust in him. We are taking it one day at a time.

Hold your loved once so tight because you never know. 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹

Consistency. Discipline. Motivation. Showing up to be 1% better every single day. 💪🏽

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, and my passion for this has never faded. Through every season of life, including becoming a mom of two boys, I’ve learned that transformation isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Now I get to use that experience to help YOU. If you’re ready to start, or restart, your healthy lifestyle journey, I’m so excited to walk alongside you. 🙌🏽

Comment “READY” or tap the link in my bio and let’s do this together. ✨

My Top 10 wellness must-haves 🌿✨

Real talk — wellness isn’t one thing. It’s how you feel when you wake up, how your body handles stress, and whether you actually have the energy to show up for your life. 💛

These are the products I personally reach for every day:

⚡ Energy – to keep me going without the crash
🔥 Inflammation – support so my body can recover and feel lighter
🦠 Gut health – because a happy gut = a happy you
😴 Rest & relaxation – helping me wind down and actually sleep
✨ Collagen – glowing skin, strong hair & nails, from the inside out

This isn’t a quick fix… it’s a lifestyle. Transformation, not transaction. 🙌🏽

Which one are YOU most curious about?

Drop the number below 👇🏽
