Valentine’s Day and I chose back day 😂, Very fun. Very fulfilling. Very responsible.

If you see me looking slightly irritated at the start… mind your business 😂
Leg day (glute focused) but I had to finish with leg extensions to lock it in 😂

But wait… am I the only one that can’t exceed like 4 workout programs in one session? I hear people say they did 6–7 exercises and I’m like howwww??? 😭 My body would file a complaint.

It’s been a good week sha. And I think I’m actually liking this posting almost everyday thing… who am I?

More grease to my elbow please because consistency is starting to look good on me.

POV: two girls decided to be content creators at 7am 😂

Back day with @tomisintl and we finished with abs because apparently we enjoy pain.

Also you people actually carry tripod to the gym regularly???
Because why were we begging people “please we’re filming don’t pass” 😭

I’ve realised content creation in the gym is a full workout on its own.
Between adjusting angles, begging people, remembering how many set we have gone… pick a struggle.

I have officially been influenced and pressured into doing Bulgarian split squats 😂
And I can’t even lie… it’s not as bad as I thought. Still rude, but manageable.

Told my workout partner that if by March I don’t see visible evidence, I’m arresting her 😭 because why am I suffering like this???

Leg day was really giving “nobody sent you message” but here we are. @tomisintl it’s not force o😂😭

This run was from a few days ago because after this I actually vanished 😭
Six whole days. No gym. Nothing. Just me saying “I’ll go tomorrow” like tomorrow owes me something.

Work has been working. Life has been lifing. And I was just there.

But I went back today sha. And honestly that small return felt louder than the silence.

I’m starting to understand that this journey isn’t about being consistent every single day. It’s about not giving up on yourself when you fall off a little.

God is still dealing with me gently 😭 teaching me discipline but also reminding me there’s grace.

Anyway… we’re back. That’s the headline.

This week’s uniform 🤍
I’ve realised something when I don’t start my day at the gym, I genuinely feel off. It throws my rhythm and the whole day feels disoriented.

God has really been giving me the strength to keep saying yes to showing up, even on mornings I don’t feel like it. And I don’t take that lightly.

Also… this blonde era? She’s cute. We’re keeping her, or not ? Guess we’ll find out 😭. by @tonerose__
