Human + Composer. His music has been described as "Morricone meets Satie". ~ “La ricerca della verità passa per la belleza” - Rudolf Steiner

POSTS STORIES REELS

Celebrating a huge milestone: 200+ million performances.

That accounts for every time one of my compositions has been played somewhere in the world — on radio, in a film, on a stage, on social media, in a stream…

Over 200 million of those moments, across 62 countries, over 5 years.

I don’t take a single one for granted.

Thank you — to everyone who’s listened, and to the 25+ artists who’ve made this music with me.

Which piece found you first? 👇

This is a fragment of my composition 'Dancing in Space’.

‘Dancing in Space’ is how I feel most of the time. I often wonder if this dance is random improvisation or a choreography the universe has already written for me.

Still feeling the afterglow of last night’s mesmerising performance of @olafurarnalds’ “Falling Apart Together” at London’s @eventimapollo, Hammersmith.

A beautiful and deeply moving exploration of loneliness, human connection, vulnerability and the passing of time.

These themes are close to my heart. In 2018 I explored them in “Hhumann X”, premiered at @lsostlukes on 20 October 2018, a reflection on loneliness and social isolation in a hyperconnected world, and on our fundamental need for one another. For the finale, members of the community choir More Than Just a Choir, at first indistinguishable from the audience, rose from their seats and gradually made their way onto the stage, turning isolation into togetherness. The choir is made up of people affected by mental health challenges and social isolation, which made the gesture not merely theatrical but profoundly human.

So I got goosebumps when a choir from @gaiamusiccollective emerged from the audience onto the stage last night. It was moving, a little surreal, and a reminder of how deeply I believed in that vision, and how relevant these themes remain today.

It’s a quiet joy to see artists reach, in their own ways, for the same truth.

Thank you @olafurarnalds for a profound evening, and for reminding us of something I have long believed: in a world increasingly defined by disconnection, music has the extraordinary power to bring us back together.

I AM A WAVE IN THE INFINITE SONG OF THE UNIVERSE — OUT 14 July 2026

“Being in tune is not like being the image of Buddha
Or an enlightened one

It’s basically to be tuned
With what your song is saying right now

Because for the Universe you are not a person
For the Universe you are a wave
In the infinite song of the Universe”

I don’t allow myself To become stars”

IMMA — short film created by Pilar Ribot-Reus @pilinois and filmed at the Parc Natural de ses Salines in Ibiza.

IMMA means mother in Aramaic and comes from old Semitic roots, with the core sound MM linked to the maternal figure across many ancient languages. IMA in Hebrew, UMMI in Arabic and UMMU in Akkadian. It reflects the very primal human sound babies make, also the OMMM sound linked to creation.

Here IMMA is also used in its archetypal meaning: mother as source, origin, nourishment, protection, the one who gives life. So it honours the world of matter (matter means mother in Latin!!!), this beautiful planet Earth that nourishes us, protects us and gives us life.
