Oil on raw canvas
“When Mountains Fly”

My dear friend gave me some raw canvas pieces. We are at the cabin in Colorado and I didn’t bring all of my supplies. I like that it was a scrap piece, and rough cut. Fits my style and personality. Love it! taken in Cimarron, Colorado by @toniajohnsen

Don’t forget to let loose and have fun

I felt very expressive for this piece. I had been working on more structured pieces and felt the need to just be free and expressive. It’s a large piece with a lot of room to stretch. It was quite fun. Thank you for viewing 🙏

Follow My Lead

This is a big one! I love it! It went through many iterations before I let go and followed the lead of that which cannot be named. The painting is not done until it pleases my third eye and that has little to do with the way it looks. It’s mostly a feeling. Available
