We are deeply honoured and grateful to have been awarded two Michelin Stars in the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries last night.

This recognition is the result of the dedication, passion and hard work of our entire team. To our guests, friends, partners and supporters - thank you for believing in us and being part of our journey. Without each and every one of you, this achievement would not have been possible.

We would also like to extend our congratulations to all the restaurants receiving new Michelin Stars across the Nordics and to everyone whose commitment and craftsmanship continue to shape and elevate our industry.

That’s a wrap! It’s hard to beat the beauty of Montana. I walked and fly fished for hours, spending time on the water from dawn to dusk - streamside lunch, an abundant population of browns and rainbows, first snow hitting the Yellowstone park, spring creeks, small towns and dirt roads. Fly fishing in Montana just hits different. Thank you, friends - see you again! Keep swingin’!

That’s a wrap for the 2025 trout season in Finland! It was a blast - lots of great fish, 26s, 25s, and 24s (all on tape), along with many decent ones and a few lost! Wonderful memories of burning camp fires, brisket sandwiches, gas station coffees, streamside lunches, adventures, early mornings, late nights and long drives from a to b. Now it’s time to put the rods aside for a few weeks, change to a fall menu @restaurantgron and start preparing for the upcoming 4 week fall trip to Montana. Get after it!
