The 4th - KemBALI Marathon

Back to the place where I ran my VFM

The course hasn’t changed, but the shock, the vibes, and the elevation still managed to shock me at every kilometer. There were so many challenges along the way to #KeepiTON

KM 19-20 & 30-31, and also 2 km to the finish line are still a nightmare 😂

Everyone said that “even years” are the best time to race in Bali because the weather is supposed to be cooler and more refreshing. Well, I guess not this time. But then again, this wouldn’t be Bali if the weather wasn’t hot 🥵

Still, I’m glad to be back in Bali this year.

Celebrate my 31st with 31km

Kinda grateful for what I have today.

Di usia skarang, gw realize kalo good health is one of the greatest blessings. Thankful for every chance to wake up, move my body, chase new goals, and simply enjoy the day

The older I get, semakin gw realize kalo masih banyak mimpi2 yg harus gw capai, but still believe in process, step by step buat realisasiin itu semua

And still continuing the journey, no matter how fast or slow, I’ll keep showing up, keep learning, keep moving forward and #KeepiTON

Here’s to another year of growth, good health, unforgettable miles, and becoming a better version of myself

BONUS : Akhirnya ninggalin jejak nama juga d GBK 😂 taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @tonitewdn

= DEBUT HYROX RACE =

My first HYROX race, signing in the Men Doubles Open category

3 months training like a “so-called-athlete” 😂

Honestly, gw enjoy every single station, walaupun tetep berasa mau mampus pas Sandbag Lunges.

And thank you @hyroxina for giving me such an unforgettable moments for my first HYROX race. Definitely one of the best memories 🙌🏻

3rd FM at @btn_jakim “Marathon is a Mystery”

So many lesson to learn for this chapter

Everything was fine till I “Hit The Wall” at 26

Elevasi HOS Cokroaminoto, Mampang sampai muter balik masih aman

Then muter balik Kuningan di Rasuna Said tiba2 energy langsung abis, kaki mulai nunjukin tanda2 ga nyaman buat lari, sempat minggir ke warung buat beli teh manis sama susu kurma buat nambah energy, but doesn’t work…

Sampai di KM 30 after terowongan Pattimura, kaki dua2nya langsung cramp, kiri kanan ganti2an, coba lari dikit langsung cramp lagi, then gitu aja sampe finish line, so “Finish dengan Penyok” and ga terlalu #KeepiTON

First time FM di Jakarta, and I got bullied by the track, DEYM!!!

But let see next race…

And thankyou so much buat tmen2 dan cheering yang udah bantu support selama race, and medic yang tanggap pas cramp tadi… taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @tonitewdn

Opening Race 2026 : HM BFI 2026

First time lari di ICE BSD dan akhirnya ngerasain race yg kata orang “balap liar”-nya peserta HM, dan ya hampir semua pesertanya super ambis

First time juga lari tanpa dengerin musik, cuma dngerin langkah kaki, nafas yang udh ngos2an, kek “ternyata gini ya bunyi napas gw kalo lagi lari” 🤣

Pure sepanjang race berdoa biar ga cedera sampe garis finish, dan finally tetep bisa finish strong and always #KeepiTON

Semoga opening race kali ini jadi motivasi buat tetep finish strong di race2 selanjutnya
