BACHELOR OF ARTS / 2026

Words can hardly describe what these years at Ballet-Akademie have given me.

They shaped me not only as a dancer, but also as a person. They brought challenges that taught resilience, people who became lifelong friends, teachers who believed in me, and countless moments that reminded me why I chose this path.

My deepest gratitude goes to our Director, Jan Broeckx, for creating an environment where young artists could grow, and to my teacher of the past three years, Kirill Melnikov, whose guidance, dedication, patience, and belief in us have left a lasting mark on who I am, not only as a dancer, but as a person.

As one chapter quietly closes, another begins.

With immense gratitude and excitement, I am honored to share that I will be joining the @czechnationalballet for the upcoming season. It is a privilege to continue this journey surrounded by artists I have long admired, and I cannot wait to discover what this new stage will teach me.

A heartfelt thank you to Filip Barankiewicz for placing his trust in me and for giving me this opportunity. I will carry everything I have learned into this next chapter.

And to my love, @olesia_chyzh thank you for your endless love, warmth, and unwavering support. Your presence has been a light through every step of this journey.

To everyone who has been part of this journey thank you.

The colors of one dream now become the first light of another. 🤍 by @tony_zdrahal

Behind the scenes of Černobílá - 10.7.2026

What gives colour to our lives?

Inspired by Moravian folklore and personal experience, Černobílá explores fragility, human connection, and the search for meaning amidst life’s uncertainties. Through a fusion of contemporary dance and neo-classical ballet, the work follows a journey from existential reflection to emotional fulfilment.

Set to music from Černobílá by Zuzana Lapčíková and Illusions by Ibrahim Maalouf, the choreography reflects on the moments, relationships, and emotions that shape us. At its core lies the idea that life without love can appear black and white, while love has the power to bring colour, meaning, and hope into our existence, reminding us that even in life’s darkest chapters, beauty can still be found.
