I love teaching! That’s no surprise! ❤️

But what truly brings me the most joy and gratitude is knowing that I can make a difference in my students’ lives. ✨

We never really know what someone may be going through. They could have had a stressful day, be dealing with personal challenges, or simply need a break from the world.

But when they walk into the studio, they have my full attention for those 60 minutes. 💕 I get to create a space where they can let go, move, laugh, feel good, and step away from any negative thoughts for a little while.

For that one hour, we’re not worrying about yesterday or tomorrow—we’re just present, moving, smiling, and enjoying the moment together. 🥰

I’m so thankful that I get to do what I love while hopefully bringing a little more joy, positivity, and happiness into someone else’s day.

That’s the part of teaching that means the most to me. ❤️ by @tonya.a.logan
