Cape Town Wave Performance Camp 6–12 January 2027 · Advanced wave coaching I’ve wanted to put together a camp like this for a while. Between competing and training, I don’t often get the chance to spend a full week coaching and working closely with other riders. This camp is a chance to do exactly that: sail together, share how I approach my own training and work on the things you want to improve. I’ll be joined by @tonyfrey76, an experienced coach and former professional windsurfer with a background in wave, freestyle and Olympic-class racing. She also runs Tony Frey Windsurfing Club in Greece. Tony will help with filming, video analysis and individual feedback, so we can give everyone proper attention throughout the week. Cape Town gives us plenty of options for wave sailing. Depending on the wind, swell and the group’s level, we’ll travel between spots to find suitable conditions each day. We’ll have five coaching days during the seven-day camp, combining on-water coaching with filming and video analysis. We’ll look closely at your sailing and work on specific details, whether that’s timing a jump, positioning on the wave or improving a particular manoeuvre. Seeing yourself on video is a really useful part of progressing that I do tons of myself. It helps you understand what’s happening and gives you something clear to work on when you go back out. This camp is aimed at advanced riders. The coaching will be individual, based on your experience and what you want to work towards. You don’t need to push at anyone else’s pace. We’ll help you find the right things to focus on and build from there. I’m looking forward to spending a week on the water together and sharing what I’ve learned through training and competing. For more info and bookings, contact Tony on WhatsApp: +30 694 466 6923 or send me a DM on here :) See you in Cape Town! 🤙 by @tonyfrey76
Windsurfing and animals, my two biggest passions in life. Being surrounded by nature, in the wild, on the beach or up in the mountains. What else do we really need to be happy? ❤️ So much love, so much beauty, so much happiness coming from everywhere. Feeling grateful for it all! @tonyfrey76 by @tonyfrey76
Sardinia Portopollo 2026 🇮🇹 | RRD Importers Meeting – 32 Years Three amazing days of testing equipment, presentations of the new equipment and meeting wonderful people! Thank you, @roberto_ricci1 & @rrdwatersports , for building more than a company — a family with a unique character. ❤️ Proud to be part of the RRD family! 🙏 by @tonyfrey76
2009 — That’s where it all started. The creation of Tony Frey Windsurfing Club.💕 I can’t say it was an easy start. After 12 years of competing, I found myself starting something completely new, something I had no idea how to build. No budget, no base, no big plan. Just my Jeep, (generously given to me by @costaslamaris 🙏, a great supporter of mine during my competitive years and after), my windsurfing equipment, an idea, and a passion for what I love most: windsurfing. 🫶 I started by sharing my passion and my moments on the water with friends, doing what made me happy and taking it one step at a time. This is dedicated to all who have a dream!! Circumstances are never perfect when you step into the unknown. Follow your heart, follow your passion, believe in your dream, and take it one step at a time. 💪🫶🏽 by @tonyfrey76
What a creative summer 2026 it was!!! 🫶 The last days was a gift 🫠 … sunshine, warm temperatures and strong winds… 🙏🥰 photo: thanks to @johnkarvelis the pillar on the bottom for trusting me 😅 !! The summer season may be ending, but our club stays open all year round. Keep joining us this winter, keep progressing, raise your level and get ready for an even better summer 2027! 💪 We’re already preparing an exciting tour of training camps, mostly on our beautiful Greek islands: Limnos, Rhodes, Naxos, Karpathos and, of course, abroad in Cape Town, Tenerife and Sardinia. 🇬🇷🏝️ Windsurfing keeps surprising me, challenging me and bringing amazing people, unforgettable moments and so much motivation for new ideas into my life. 🤗🙏 Whatever you need, we are here to provide any information. We are not just a windsurfing club; we are a service station that cares about making your life easier when you choose to embrace this lifestyle. Our windsurf clinic with @lennart_neubauer & @tonyfrey76 has officially come to an end! And what a ride it’s been! 🔥 A few days full of progression, good vibes and plenty of time on the water. Everyone was pushing their limits, learning new things and taking their windsurfing to the next level!🤘🏽 Naxos gave us a bit of everything.. lighter winds for technique and focused training, and stronger winds to put it all into practice in full planing conditions!! Big thank you to @flisvossportclub for the great service & hospitality! 🙏 Above all, what made this clinic truly special was the team❤️ … We’re leaving Naxos with big smiles, new skills and already looking forward to the next time we all meet again 😁🙌🏽 behind the camera & editing @ohmy.drone @panlamar 💪 Until then… keep the stoke alive! 🤩🤘🏽💨 by @tonyfrey76
