These are very common things I see with people.

Will you still get results? Maybe, but I’ll tell you something for sure.

They won’t be anywhere near as good as the ones who have overcome problems like this.

It is those very same people will say they want to look or feel like.

Success leaves clues and I get success with my clients because I know I can help them with things like this.

So if your stuck you know what to do.

Really sit and think about this.

The thing that got to you to where you currently are might not be the thing that takes you to the next level.

We can apply it to anything but I am a fitness coach so sit with yourself for 5 minutes and work out if what you are giving is enough for your body and mindset.

A big lesson to learn in life is most things are trade offs.

You need to put certain things down to pick other things you want back up. Sometimes forever and sometimes just for the short term. One things is for sure but. If you always play it safe you will never get anywhere close to where you feel you can be.

Finish your year with a bit of fire in your belly lads. It could change your life.

First cut together complete with my online client.

Stewart is someone I really get on with as a person. We always want to push on to be better and this year was a simple one for us.

Be better than he’s ever been before and if you read what he said we delivered that.

That’s exactly what I want to teach you all to do. Turn up to the best parts in life and actually be proud of your physique.

I don’t want to see anyone I work with graft their balls off all year to get there and then feel terrible about how you’ve presented themselves.

It’s a hard thing to master if you don’t know what to do. I can totally understand that that’s why I shout how important it is to explore.

That’s where I come in. To change that message in your head that you have to just accept where your at.

Someone who see’s further down the line for you and installs beliefs that you can continue be better in.

Proud of this one and can’t wait to see you build from here.

Enjoy your holiday my pal. Things are mapped out to smash this out the park now.

Do your job so well that your clients want to leave.

There’s something lifestyle coaches don’t say a lot.

I think that is one of the main jobs of a coaching but.

To set up people with a skill set that will improve every area of their life.

I see being proud of your body as a skill in itself. One that is subjective to a person but nonetheless not a lot of people get to look in the mirror and be truly happy with what’s staring back.

You can have this with education, patience, persistence and the character to keep you progressing. Along with some other things, my coaching helps with that.

I get we don’t like to see clients go. More so when they give up on themselves but with a lot of my clients the ending is always a good one.

Kieran has what he came for now. We have held this look for over 5 months and his whole mindset has changed around training and nutrition.

That’s where the winning is for me. I didn’t force into taking stuff he didn’t want to. I didn’t bully him with aggressive tactics that ultimately lead to long term damage.

I coached him as a human that needed some help with something and that help left him in a better place for it.

Another life changed and sent off to enjoy it now.

That means one thing but. I’m able to take on some more clients 🤣🤣.

So if you want some of this drop me a message.

If you want posture like big Joe Hart then make sure you do row variations.

Yes posture issues can be contributed form a number of issues but being weak is a very common one.

I think we generally look at the small issues with this instead of addressing what we most likely need.

Its the old worrying about moving little pebbles when you need to move big rocks first analogy.

It is also very hard to do any form of work through your day that will strengthen the back so resistance training is probably the easiest and efficient way.

As our days change to a more sedentary lifestyle we must fight against that and do things to reverse issues it may cause.

So develop some tissue. Get strong and you will be walking about like you’ve grown two inches taller and swallowed a coat hanger.

If you wont know how to programme stuff like this message me “VL” and i’ll send you a programme for Free.

A great day spent at one of the best gyms in the world.

My big pal and online client @mckaygreg_ made the effort to stop off on his travels to see me for the day.

So I treated him to a 1-1 in Oxygen 😅🤝.

For my clients that enjoy training I’ll sometimes programme a very important phase.

It involves not following a programme. Going into the gym and fucking sending it with machines and exercises you want to try.

I think it’s important to simply enjoy what your body can do sometimes.

You then go and get some good food and enjoy even better conversation.

What a day with my old pal @mckaygreg_

Scroll to the last photo to see how much this guy has changed.

This could be you…

Ps Any clients around the world will also get same treatment so book your flight 😅🤝.

The fitness industry can be so complicated right now.

How to train. What style so on so on.

Its a minefield for someone who struggles to turn up and give themselves a fighting chance.

No offence if your on and off all your life with your training then you are one of them.

Thats when I say let’s practice the art of showing up. Simply so our word can match up with the goal we say we wont.

If you can learn to do that and see things through more times than you don’t then you will be successful.

I’ve never worked with someone who doesn’t end up turning things around when they grasp this.

You will simply become someone who backs up what they say.

So if you struggle with this just message me and I will create something you want to do.

Also hand out the odd ball booting for when that demon in your head comes back
