Have you ever walked into a room and felt like you needed to be less?

Less loud.
Less excited.
Less expressive.
Less… you.

I think so many of us have learned to shrink ourselves just to fit in.

When I met @tonythethird at @cm_louisville, he said something that completely shifted how I think about creativity and authenticity.

I’m so grateful to @creativemorning for creating spaces where people can connect. Without that morning, this conversation never would have happened.

I hope this episode reminds you that the parts of yourself you’ve been tempted to hide might be the very things you’re here to share.

It was an incredible honor to speak at the Louisville chapter of Creative Mornings, the world’s largest face to face creative community. The theme was “Create,” and I got to share how imagination, community, and creativity shape our work and lives.

I’m so grateful to be fulfilling my passions on and off stage! Let’s keep progressing. “Progress is the best Gress!”
