Sunday morning in October !! @fred_jones2011 ripping ….
I was back on it after nearly 3 months after nearly breaking my neck !! After nearly breaking my neck 9 weeks ago I’ve started training again . 10,000 steps this morning walking up and down culver, functional walking, moving my arms, stretching my neck and back muscles …….. it would be easy to just not do it and stay in bed, but you have to start somewhere !!!!
