POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Come out on Thursday 1/22 to @hotelutah for a hell of a triple act bill, between myself representing @toodragons, the awesome duo @biscoreband, and the always electric @crunkwitch! Tickets are available now via the #HotelUtah site, and you can get em at the door too. We’ll all be playing long sets, and I’m definitely pulling out some tracks you don’t usually hear from me live, so don’t miss it! #localmusic #localbands #sfhiphop #sfmusicscene #bayareahiphop #bayareamusic #bayareabands #indiemusic #indiehiphop #liveperformance #liveshow by @toodragons

To be completley honest, this feels like an insane time to be promoting a show. There’s a lot going on right now that’s a lot more important than any of our creative ambitions, but at the same time, with the level of stress, anxiety, and intense worrying about the future we are all under, we owe it to ourselves to decompress when we can. That all being said, I, @biscoreband , and @crunkwitch would all love to provide you with an evening of respite while we still can. Love one another, stay safe, fight the good fight, but above all else hang on to your human decency and don’t let anyone take it from you no matter what. Music starts at 7pm 1/22 at @hotelutah #localmusic #localbands #sfhiphop #sfmusicscene #bayareahiphop #bayareamusic #bayareabands #indiemusic #indiehiphop #liveperformance #liveshow by @toodragons

We had such a blast performing at @subzerofestival in #SanJose this last Friday! Had a surprising number of people stop and hang out to watch part or all of the set, and we appreciate each and every one of them! #hiphop #nerdrap #nerdcore #nerdhiphop #sfhiphop #bayareahiphop #hiphopartist #hiphopduo #liveproduction #maschine #livemusic #liveband by @toodragons

Super excited to be part of @subzerofestival next Friday! Thank you to Gene and the @magwestofficial team for having us! Come to downtown #SanJose next Friday and watch us and a host of other #musical badasses get down! Playing a longer set than usual which means we get to cram in all the songs we usually cut with tears in our eyes ☺️ it’s hard to pick a favorite child, you know? We’ll be on at 8:30, so you have ample time to fight traffic and grab a quick slice at @pizzamyheart - which we will certainly be doing as well #hiphop #rap #hiphopunderground #undergroundhiphop #lyricalhiphop #lyrical #existential #nerdcore #nerdrap #nerdrapper #lyricalrap #existentialrap #livemusic #liveband #liveart #liveshow #livebeats #liverap by @toodragons

Case is easily the most personal song we’ve ever written, and the content should be easily apparent. If you suffer from similar feelings, reach out to someone! We know it’s not easy - most of all Skeptik - but it’s what helped save him, and it’s the best advice he can give. Love you all 💜 #music #nerdcore #bayareahiphop #hiphop #sfhiphop #rap #localmusic #indiehiphop #nerdrap #musicvideo by @toodragons

Based tongue-in-cheekily on the classical condition experiments of one Dr. Ivan Pavlov, our newest song is a dissection of the ever so fine line between the human animal and the rest of those damn uncivilized creatures wandering the Earth. Who is training who is a popular question, and isn’t it just telling that it’s normally laughed off instead of genuinely answered? Featuring an absolutely amazing verse for a good friend Mad hat, this is just one of many upcoming forays into the Dragon vault we have for you in the coming months. An ode to the creative spirit itself, our song Marble NEEDED its video to visually represent multiple disciplines and forms of art. From sculpting to graffiti to interpretive dance - we got it all in there! Our friend @spacewalker92 KILLED the dance and the way it was intercut with Dan’s #production has me feeling feelings! Despite the heavy philosophical leanings, we know how to make a hook slap too! Go listen to Pavlov in full for proof! #bayareahiphop #hiphop #nerdrap #nerdcore #livebeats #indiehiphop #liveproduction #rap #localband #xmen #xmen97 #xmenbeast #hankmccoy by @toodragons
