Hop selection. A good reason to follow your nose. Our brewers Tamar and Mariano travelled to Oregon and Washington during hop harvest to select the hops we’ll be brewing with over the coming year. Read the full story in our Journal: https://toolbeer.dk/blogs/journal/week-of-harvest by @toolcitylife

In June, Their Majesties The King and Queen of Denmark visited our brewery in Svinninge as part of their summer cruise aboard the Royal Yacht Dannebrog 🇩🇰 People from across Svinninge came out to celebrate, bringing flags, smiles and plenty of local spirit. During the visit, we showed the royal couple around the brewery and shared the story of To Øl City. From its past as the Beauvais factory to the production site, workplace and visitor destination it is today. We talked about Danish beer production, ingredients and craftsmanship, as well as what it means to build a business with strong roots in its local community. A very special day for our brewery and for the town we call home 🍻 by @toolcitylife
Zealand Pale Ale is here, the latest beer to come out of Malt Stars, our in-house beer talent show where people across To Øl get the chance to turn their own beer ideas into the real thing 🍻 This year’s brief was: pick one ingredient or supplier and make it the star of the show. Malt Stars winners Jan and Mathis looked all the way to New Zealand, choosing hops from our friends at Freestyle and building a fresh, aromatic pale ale around them. And because brewing a beer across two Zealands wasn’t enough of a storyline, @kasperledet turned the can into one too: an abstract storyboard for a film that doesn’t exist. 🎬 by @toolcitylife
The truck is packed and we’re on our way to Folkely for the start of something new 🚚 Building a festival is tough. Keeping it going year after year? Even tougher. Folkely is now a Hundested staple, brought to life by a dedicated crew and an incredible team of volunteers, and this year we’re very happy to join them as their official brewery partner! 🍻 This is the first round of a three-year partnership, and we’re kicking things off with a truck full of good stuff heading north. See you at Folkely, August 20-22! by @toolcitylife
We’ve given To Øl City a makeover, with plenty more to see, taste and do! 💙 Our Visitor Centre is home to a bar, food container, shop and exhibition. Stop by for fresh beer and drinks from across the To Øl universe, grab something to eat and dive into the history of the old Beauvais factory, the ingredients we use and the machinery behind what we make 🍻 You can also book a guided tour and tasting or simply settle in with a cold drink while the kids play outside. To Øl City is always changing. Something is finished, something is still taking shape, and there is always something new going on. Come and have a look for yourself 🤩 Find opening hours, tours and more through the Linktree in our bio! by @toolcitylife
