LE GREY TEA CO. SeattleTotally forgot to post this Matcha in the Wild, Seattle Edition 😂I tried the Matcha Cloudo and was pleasantly surprised! This was simply a treat. So delicious. I think the strong matcha girlies would like more matcha but i honestly thought this was a lovely balance. Not too sweet and the sea salt cream was. Nice touch! My friends got a two different drinks that I don’t remember the name of… I think the bigger one is the avocado mango which was interesting but good? New Matcha Monday Trying Muracha’s Yame no. 89 First of all packaging is gorgeous! The green?!? And the dark brown tools?!? Love it! The matcha itself is such a great matcha… think a nutty, roasty, toasty, dark chocolate matcha. It has a little bit of astringency and bitterness but the pleasant kind. It also has this nice umami finish that I love. It kind of also tastes very fresh? Not sure how to explain that but I noted that this will work really well in a non milk based drink. If you are not the biggest fan of dark chocolate a little sweetener (maple or vanilla) is all you need! New Matcha Monday Trying @rockysmatcha Saeakari single cultivar matcha I thoroughly enjoyed this matcha and… I think this may be my third favorite from Rocky’s (haven’t tried everything). It’s a medium bodied matcha with very light umami and a tiny bit of astringency. But what I loved about this was how smooth and creamy my latte was. Zero sweetener needed. Unless you like your matcha really sweet. Which is fine! A little agave is all you need. Or you know what I feel like I got hints of vanilla?!? So maybe a vanilla bean paste will be a great add! Nothing is touching Asahi for me though! Rocky’s Asahi remains undefeated here 🤭Also Mother dropped! It’s going to be a great week!
